Halal Trade is still growing This is a huge market which is pretty much untouched by British, American, Canadian and other European companies. In the absence of halal certified produtcts, Muslims in these countries try to eat Halal by checking the ingredients of products. However, this is only a temporary solution, as it does not guarantee that the product is definitely Halal. Muslims need and want to see Halal certified products carrying Halal logos on their supermarket shelves, similar to Kosher certified products.
